Do we also need to bump the CI version to 1.4.1, i.e. https://github.com/vortex-data/duckdb-vortex/blob/main/.github/workflows/MainDistributionPipeline.yml#L19-L20? |

Let's bump all of these. But strictly speaking if we build against DuckDB 1.4.1 in the Vortex repo that is sufficient. The DDB version which their extension build CI checks out is up to them and corresponds to latest, which is why 1.4.1 ext got properly released. |
